Your iPod must be jailbroken
First download this.
Then ssh into your iPod and go to System/Library/Coreservices/Springboard.app and replace whatever file it asks you to and set access to 755
Then its fixed tada!!!
Just leave a comment if you need a guide to jailbreak or to ssh and dont forget to follow!!!
